Video: Dogs Jumping Rope, How Many At Once?

These dogs jumping rope are the weirdest thing I saw today. I didn’t know dogs could do this, it seems … unnatural.

Let me guess, now you want even more dogs jumping the same rope at once, right? Here’s the 2012 world record: An astounding thirteen simultaneous jump rope leaping doggies.

Visitors to the Uchida Geinousha’s “Super Wan Wan Circus” in Japan can expect more from 13 canines who are Guinness World Record holders for rope jumping.

They make it look easy. The record books saw, they broke their own record in 2013 with 14 dogs.

The most dogs skipping on the same rope is 14 and was achieved by Uchida Geinousha’s ‘Super Wan Wan Circus’ on the set of Officially Amazing (Lion TV) in Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan, on 17 January 2013. The dogs skipped on the same rope a total of 16 times. 7 out of 14 dogs challenged the record for the first time, while the other 7 dogs participating in the attempt were the previous record holders.

That’s it, as far as I can tell in 2018, the record still stands at 14 dogs. If you want to get your name in the record books, all you need are 15 really good jumping dogs, a friend, a jump rope … and really big bag of dog treats?
