The Brain Cleaning Tone?

Here’s a strange and exciting experiment: After 1 hr of pulses of blue LED light ( 40 per second), according to a Radiolab podcast titled Simple Fix, mice had a 50% reduction in pre-Alzheimer’s plaques in their brains.

The blue light flashes at that pulse frequency seem to turn on mouse brain clean up cells. After light pulse treatment mice could remember things they’d forgotten as well.

I’ve gotten into some weird trances after hours of mixing songs, so I wondered if this brain triggering trick might work in humans as well, but with sound instead of light. Somebody else thought of that, and here, for you, just in case it does work, is a 40 Hz sound that lasts for an hour.

Listen for an hour and see if your brain gets clarified. It might be good combined with meditation.
