Bus Costume Fails to Cross “No Pedestrians” Bridge in Russia

A surprised witness filmed and posted to YouTube a video (below) of four people trying to walk across the Zolotoy Bridge in Vladivostok while wearing a cardboard bus costume.

The video shows police stop the group and make them turn around.

“Why are they being chased away? It’s beautiful, it’s art! Why don’t they understand it?” a woman’s voice says in the video.

The Zolotoy Bridge, which is just over a mile long, opened in 2012, but pedestrians were banned from the span in 2015 when inspectors determined the walkways were too narrow to meet regulations.

In Russia, does Fred Flintstoning can get your vehicle impounded as it can in Florida?

This Pasco County “arrest” of Fred Flintstone turned out just to be just some goofing around and not actually a case of public unruliness and vehicle siezure for use in the police fleet.
