Californians Report Organized-Stalking in Droves, to Local TV News Outlets & Beyond

Some say there is an epidemic of gang stalking going on in California and beyond, with perhaps thousands targeted. The techniques used are sophisticated, personally targeted, persistent, criminal and ruthless. From what I’ve observed, the culprits seem to be crime gangs, sometimes with a leader militarily trained in psychological operations. Unfortunately, the squads do not always stop with mind games. If they can’t get a target to commit suicide with a campaign of fear/gas-lighting by a certain timeline, they can escalate to doing crimes to frame the person to get him/her killed in that way. There is always a chance that they will let you go, but you are at their mercy in that regard.

I recommend taking any harassment you encounter as an opportunity to address your issues with self-honesty and to spend time constructively on what really matters in life. If you do this, does the harassment continue?

While there are strict laws against cyber stalking in California and in other states, the local police can’t do anything until you have direct credible threats and evidence. Even then, you may not get meaningful help, but if you have been convinced that someone is trying to make you crazy, sick or terrified, keep records of everything that happens, preferably in a bank safe deposit box. When you have solid evidence, report the details to news organizations. Do this carefully, calmly and factually (with dates and times) because there are also plenty of crazy people with real mental illnesses who incorrectly believe their problems are due to some conspiracy when that is not the case.

Here’s some very good advice:

… do not get tricked into displaying any behavior that can be seen as mental illness.

Stay cool and calm and live a good positive lawful life. Make friends with local cops when you can.

… The majority of these jokers antics are to scare you into not committing some crime that they think you will commit, to make you look mentally ill so your testimony has no creedence, and to scare you into shutting up about it happening to you.

Some have confessed to being gangstalkers and have revealed techniques used, such as “street theater,” which you should know about if you find yourself in this strange harassment predicament. I’ve enjoyed a few “street performances” in the past month apparently for my benefit. They are kind of awesome and I admired it. I hope I got the messages. I think so. Good shows, top notch, but they stopped when I demonstrated that I now will broadcast anything unusual live instantly on Periscope.

Some will recommend going to the FBI, but anti-group-stalking advice recommends not doing that until and unless you have very solid specific evidence which you have also first reported to the press.

Once you get REAL, LEGALLY TANGIBLE EVIDENCE, and not before you do, go to the FBI.

The press is slowly starting to realize something real, big and unprecedented is going on.

Why this particular form of crime is so insidious is that victims are often unaware that such intentional activities are being performed on them, and as these crimes often involved a concerted combination of physiological, social, mental and emotional attacks carried out clandestinely, the victim is often left in a state of isolation, to deal with feelings of paranoia and doubts about their own sanity.

As a groundbreaking bill proposal that explicitly outlaws covert organized torture via organized stalking and electronic weapons, is under review by legislators in California, the numerous reports of organized stalking and electronic weapons attacks, given by droves of Californians, are a stark reminder of how desperately overdue this legislation is…

Since the late 1990s, numerous California based TV news outlets have reported on, the now wildly out-of-control organized-stalking epidemic in California. These accounts, that have been broadcast to millions of viewers, both via traditional cable news and online broadcasting platforms, have somehow been largely ignored, by both law enforcement and legislators in California. Currently, Dr. Tomo Shibata— who has been targeted with organized stalking and electronic weapons in California — is presenting a bill proposal to California legislators, to explicitly outlaw organized stalking and electronic weapon attacks, that is titled “The Organized Torture Act”. …

“Gang Stalking, Bullying on Steroids”
January 29, 2011

The KION TV moderator opens this TV news segment by stating that the police have told KION that the phenomenon they are reporting on is like “bullying on steroids”, implicit in this statement by KION, is the police department’s admission that these surreal stalking crimes are a real criminal phenomenon.

Salinas California resident, and victim of an organized stalking campaign, Lawrence Guzzino, is interviewed about what it is like to be subjected to these kind of surreal crimes. Journalist Candice Nguyen states with certainty a few of the tactics used against victims of these crimes.

This news report included an interview with Santa Cruz California Police Lieutenant Larry Richard, who explicitly admits organized stalking is a real phenomenon that has been occurring for a long time, in this statement:

“The police are becoming more aware of gang stalking because of cyber bullying. Gang stalking is nothing new, but new technology is making it more common. Gang stalkers themselves have elevated themselves to technology so this is something that’s been going on before Facebook or Twitter. They just now have gone into those areas.”

Remember: Paranoia is a real concern and those doing the harassment play on it, so be alert, but don’t overreact. Some things are just coincidences. Check facts and stay as safe as you can.

To reduce harassment of all kinds, don’t be a jerk to anyone and live a good life.

Good luck.

  1. This reads like some sort of fictional cyber-stalking horror story. I am having difficulty getting my head around it!
