Headaches – this can be a common issue for those who are working in hot environments. This is often due to dehydration. This can be combated by ensuring that you give your employees access to regular water and breaks during the day where they can get themselves refreshments.

Loss of productivity – when the temperature begins to rise, it can be common for people to begin to slow down their productivity. It can be useful to give your staff more breaks in the warmer weather and to look at ways in which they can maintain their productivity.
