The Great American Right to Complain

For 30+ years as a news hound and reporter of weird stuff, I, Xeno, have believed it is the duty of Americans to speak up truthfully about what they like and dislike. We have the right to complain, to make things better. This was true in the past. Is it still? I like peace, non-violence, transparency in government and privacy and fair voting for the public. I oppose violence and support peaceful plans. I try to read a broad spectrum of news and ideas, but don’t agree with everyone or everything I read or see. Reading is not approving, obviously. … Continue reading The Great American Right to Complain

Mysterious Flashes: UFOs on Mars?

The Curiosity rover captured a mysterious light flash on the red planet which was not in the image frames taken seconds before and seconds after the flash appears. Is it just me or does this flash look like the tic tac UFO captured on US military radar according to recent news reports? There was also another flash photographed previously by the rover on Mars: The photo in question was captured by Curiosity’s right-hand navigation camera on April 3 (sol 589). The image appears to show an artificial light source that is shining upwards from below. Given the distances involved, the … Continue reading Mysterious Flashes: UFOs on Mars?

A Freaky Fog Dome

It looks highly improbable but this fog dome in Denbighshire, north east Wales was featured on the BBC news after being photographed by a weather watcher on December 2nd, 2016. Here is the story on this strange fog dome: Early this morning Weather Watcher Hannah was out walking her dog in Tremeirchion, north Wales when she came across this very unusual dome shaped cloud of fog.  “I just couldn’t believe how perfectly dome shaped it was. After about 10 minutes it started to flatten and looked like low lying cloud along the fields but over quite a big area, it … Continue reading A Freaky Fog Dome

Fog Turns Stadium into UFO (Photo)

Here is a great not-a-ufo photo from Reddit. It looks like something from the movie District 9 to me. True strange mothership stadiums of the planet earth. Here is the likely source. (Video) Flying Machines of the Future

A swarm of autonomous drones giving a light show in a building during a TED talk is mesmerizing and amazing to watch. It starts at around 8:18. Highly recommended. Autonomous systems expert Raffaello D’Andrea develops flying machines, and his latest projects are pushing the boundaries of autonomous flight — from a flying wing that can hover and recover from disturbance to an eight-propeller craft that’s ambivalent to orientation … to a swarm of tiny coordinated micro-quadcopters. Prepare to be dazzled by a dreamy, swirling array of flying machines as they dance like fireflies above the TED stage. This “athletic” drone … Continue reading (Video) Flying Machines of the Future

Mystery: Huge Earth Mound Blocks a Russian River

The cause of meteorite and UFO reports about a month ago that moved a massive amount of rock to block a remote river in Russia remains a mystery. Here’s some video of the blockage, which admittedly doesn’t look like much because there is no “before” image to compare. Some say it was a simple landslide. If so, reports of a blast wave, hot rocks, a hydrogen sulfide smell and a statement that an object entered at an angle and pulled down rocks could just be … bored Russians having fun with reporters? Hunters Anton Ivanov and Alexander Makan found the … Continue reading Mystery: Huge Earth Mound Blocks a Russian River

UFO Sounds like a Plane, then a Jet

The dog was acting strange tonight so I went out to see what was up. It took off running and hid across the road. Just then, a group of lights flew over my isolated place in the country. Here are a few stills because iOS 12 is giving me video that is too large to upload to WP. It worked in the WP app, but was not working on the site. The lights seemed not otherworldly, but … unusual. The odd thing to me is how they sounded just like an airplane … until they got closer, then sounded like … Continue reading UFO Sounds like a Plane, then a Jet

40ft Tic Tac UFO with “Cloaking Device” Stalked US Aircraft Carrier for Days

What was the 40-45 foot flying tic-tac with a “cloaking device” that was able to hover in place and take off at the speed of a ballistic missile captured on military radar and visually spotted during training exercises over a six-day period in November 2004 off the coast of southern California and Mexico? UFO stalked a US aircraft carrier off the coast of California for days before possibly using a cloaking device to disappear, according to a leaked Pentagon report. The report, published by Las Vegas news station KLAS, reveals new details of the November 2004 encounter including first hand … Continue reading 40ft Tic Tac UFO with “Cloaking Device” Stalked US Aircraft Carrier for Days
