You have been brushing your teeth literally since you were a child, but are you doing it wrong? It turns out that we have all been doing it wrong for years. Across the board people from a wide range of disciplines are surprised to discover their techniques were incorrect.
Brushing basics
Brush for at least two minutes, twice daily. Brush with a fluoride toothpaste. A soft-bristled brush is suitable for young age. Aim the brush at a 45 degree angle to your gums and use small circular motions – not vigorous back-and-forth scrubbing.

Flossing fundamentals

Take 45cm of floss and wind most around your middle fingers. Perform a rubbing motion with the floss while guiding it gently between teeth.
